AI Credits pay only for model costs. Confirm that your trading account is activated, has available trading funds, and is not occupied by another Agent.
The new page currently specifies Hyperliquid for Running Agent and code-strategy copy trading. Whether other exchanges are available for your own Agent depends on the live options in your account.
Common causes include insufficient balance, inactive status, expired authorization, or occupation by another Agent. Open the account details for the specific message.
It may be waiting for the leader account’s first snapshot. Other possibilities include no new signals, insufficient balance, failure to meet minimum order size, or risk-control rejection. Check Pending, Skipped, Failed, and the failure reasons.
A fixed amount is more intuitive for first-time users. Multiplier changes with the leader’s positions, making risk and capital requirements harder to estimate.
The system pauses the relevant running instance and attempts to close positions. Full execution and execution price are not guaranteed in extreme markets.
Single-shot is the default one-pass decision mode and is stable and more thoroughly tested. Agentic analyzes in stages and uses more context, but remains in Beta and may consume more Credits.
The new page requires sign-in to display positions, orders, trading performance, and historical records.
Check the API Key and Secret, read and derivatives trading permissions, IP allowlist, account mode, and whether funds are in the correct futures or trading account. Do not enable withdrawals.
Copy size, leverage, entry time, slippage, trading fees, funding rates, and failed or skipped orders can all create differences. Copy trading is not an exact trade-for-trade replica.
You can use multiple separate, available trading accounts. Whether one account can run multiple instances depends on the account-occupation messages on the page. The current copy-trading page prevents selecting a Hyperliquid account already occupied by another Agent.
Open Trading Accounts and follow the prompts to reauthorize or check authorization status. Then resume the Agent and review recent failed orders.
